Waterworks EZ Coliform Cult - MUG 487197

Waterworks EZ Coliform Cult-MUG is a presence/absence test for the simultaneous detection of total coliform and E. coli in water. The test works by detecting an enzyme produced by coliform bacteria and a specific enzyme produced by E. coli. Coliform Cult media is pre-sterilized by gamma irradiation, and is supplied in a 120 mL bottle with screw cap.

• Media will turn clear-yellow if coliform is absent and blue-green if present
• Ideal For: Service technicians and home owners
• Results: Only 48 hours with no incubation required
