Will I still have a sales representative assigned to me on neoSupply?
Yes, you will still have a dedicated sales representative assigned to your account.

Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses located in both Greenville, SC and Salt Lake City, UT.
Who do I contact if I have an issue or question about my order?
Contact your sales representative if you have an issue or concern about your order details or status. You can visit the Contact Us page for ways to reach our Customer Solutions team.
Will your company perform service or installation of products at my business?
We occasionally perform service on large commercial or industrial accounts. You will learn during your application process about whether your business is a good fit for our team to service your systems if requested.
Multiple people from my company will be placing orders on neoSupply. Do we need separate accounts?
Only one application is needed to become a partner at neoSupply. After your application has been approved, members from your company will be invited to create accounts and place orders under your company profile. All members from your company will be able to view company order history and contact your company's assigned salesperson
What happens if I have an account but I don't meet the annual minimum order threshold after one year?
If after one year you do not meet the minimum requirements for holding a wholesale account with us, we will work with you to see if there is opportunity to increase your business or your account may be terminated.
Can I buy on a credit terms account?
Yes, you can apply for a terms account by filling out our online credit application. Our finance department will verify your trade references and credit history to determine eligibility and credit limit. Please contact your sales rep or use the credit application located at the bottom of our website to get started.
What if I am tax exempt?
If you are tax exempt, please provide your tax exemption certificate when submitting your wholesale application.
What shipping methods are offered? Can I use my own collect account?
neoSupply’s standard shipping method is ground, priority, or Common Carrier LTL. However, we do allow purchasers to use their own collect account as an option at checkout.
What do I do if an item I need is out of stock?
If an item you need is out of stock, please contact your sales representative to find out the estimated in-stock date or alternative product recommendation.
