Return Policy

If you need assistance with a return, our customer solutions team is here to help! We are committed to ensuring a hassle-free experience and resolving any issues you may encounter. To make a return, please fill out the Return Request form or contact us at 864-326-0614.

STANDARD RETURNS:

Requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and we reserve the right to assess a 25% restocking fee. If you have a question, please fill out one of the forms below and we will do our best to help solve the problem. 

If approved, we will send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and any additional tips.  

 

EXCEPTIONS:

Custom-Built Systems

Products that are specially designed to meet your specific need may not be subject to the same return policy. A 25% cancellation fee may apply to custom or special orders. 

Used Items

Items that have been used are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please report damaged or missing items within 15 days of your order delivery. 

Defective Merchandise

Some items must be handled according to the original manufacturer’s abiding warranty policies. If manufacturer warranty information is not included with your product, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you. Plan to ship a defective product to the manufacturer.
