Waterworks Coliform Bacteria Check is a total coliform presence and absence test for the simultaneous detection of total coliform without E. coli confirmation. The test works by simply filling the sterile bottle with your water sample, secure the cap and leave it in a room temperature setting. In 48 hours the media will turn purple if the coliform is absent and yellow if it is present.
