This Floating Inlet Filter with Flexible Suction Hose has a floating inlet filter that draws water from cleanest zone in tank. The high-quality, flexible hose is food grade and specially formulated to resist biological activity. A ball float, filled with air, suspends the intake. This is a self sinking hose that allows filter and check valve to hang properly.
