  • Intended Use: 
    The drain saddle are typically used with Reverse Osmosis installations to connect the Brine line (drain water) to the waste line (P-Trap) typically located under-sink.  Plumbing codes require an Air Gap installation.  When using a drinking water auxiliary faucet with integrated air-gap, the 3/8" OD Brine Output tube connects to the Drain Saddle with a 3/8" connection.  

    Specifications:
    • DS-1438MC is a versatile drain saddle that includes both a 1/4"  compression connection for Non Air Gap installations as well as a 3/8" compression connection to be use for Air Gap installations. 
    • Fits standard size under-sink waste lines up to 1-1/2" 
    • Drain saddle includes two screws that are 2" long.
