AD1 Aera Drain with ADA Grate

The Tuf-Tite AD1 is a rugged, 11" x 11" x 5" drainage basin designed for efficient water management in residential and commercial settings. It features a compact design and a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) construction that is non-corrosive and UV-stabilized.

ADA-Compliant Grate: Includes a heavy-duty black or green grate with safe ½" x ½" openings that comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Contoured Interior: Features a sloped, ribbed bottom that directs all water to the outlet to eliminate standing water and provide high compression strength.

Versatile Compatibility: Pre-molded to fit 3", 4", or 6" pipes directly without the need for additional fittings.

Load Rating: Rated for "Class C" or medium truck traffic, making it suitable for driveways and public pedestrian areas.

Compact Installation: Only 5" deep and lightweight, allowing for easy installation in locations with depth limitations.

Secure Fit: The grate is designed to be secured with four corner screws to prevent shifting or unauthorized removal.
