Typically used to store water - both potable and non-potable - it can also be used as large capacity sewage holding tank. The end ribs will accept fittings up to 4" in size. Integral columns in the tank give it excellent structural strength. Light-weight for easy transport and installation. Our below-ground polyethylene cistern's molded, ribbed, one-piece design gives the light-weight tank added strength, and contributes to the ease of transport and install. These cisterns are made of 100% virgin resin which meets FDA specifications. Manhole extensions and lid/riser combinations are available to bring access to ground level.
