This 20" — 4½" Sediment Filter Cartridge is a 20 Micron sediment filter replacement cartridge made of melt blown polypropylene. This sediment water filter contains no binders, agents, solvents, antistatic materials or wetting agents . The polypropylene water filter reduces sediment, dirt, sand, silt, rust, limescale, and other impurities in your water. Constructed of food grade melt blown polypropylene fibers which filters out numerous particulates, this 20" sediment filter replacement contains no leachables or extractables to contaminate. It is made of thermally bonded polypropylene micro fibers for purity and chemical compatibility. No surface binders to reduce flow and increase change-out frequency.
